From first call to launch, step by step.
Discovery comes first, the four build stages follow, and care continues after launch. A typical store runs six to eight weeks, and larger catalogues and integrations take longer. Every project starts with a free design concept and a written quote.

Collections, filters, navigation and product templates are mapped to how your customers shop. Apps, payments and shipping are chosen here, so nothing is bolted on later.

Homepage, a collection page and a product page designed first. You review, we refine. When the direction is approved, the rest of the store follows the same system.

How much does a Shopify website cost?
Every store is quoted after a free concept, based on catalogue size, custom features and integrations. You get a written quote before you commit.
Your Shopify subscription and paid apps are billed by Shopify directly.
How long does a new Shopify store take?
Six to eight weeks after sign up for most stores. Large catalogues and integrations take longer, and your proposal sets the timeline before work starts.
Do you need my Shopify login?
No. We send a collaborator request and you approve it in your Shopify admin. You stay the owner and can remove our access at any time.
Shopify or Shopify Plus?
Shopify suits most stores. Plus adds checkout customisation, automation, B2B features and higher limits, at a much higher monthly cost. Most businesses do not need it to start, and we will tell you when you do.
Custom theme or template?
Both. Custom themes for brands that need a unique store, premium themes customised for businesses that want to launch faster on a tighter budget. Either way, your team can edit the sections.
Can you move my store from WooCommerce?
Yes. Products, customers, order history and SEO redirects come across. Every migration is reviewed first and quoted once we have seen your store.
Can you fix a store someone else built?
Yes. We take on one-off fixes and developer work on stores built by other agencies, quoted after we've reviewed your theme, apps and speed. If you'd like us to keep it maintained after that, our care plans start at $139 a month.
