Over 33 years, the organization has grown to support more than 2,500 customers annually across Australia, establishing itself as a trusted provider of disability employment services, NDIS support, and family mental health services.

The organisation operates through two established brands under Royal Rehab Group, with shared values but distinct audiences.

  • Breakthru supports individuals living with disability through NDIS services, employment support, and family mental health programs.
  • Breakthru College equips the next generation of care professionals through education and workforce development programs.
