What is Website as a Service?

Website as a Service, or WaaS, means you subscribe to your website instead of buying it. One monthly fee covers the design, the build, the hosting, the security and the ongoing support, so the site is looked after for as long as you run it.

You already work this way with your other software. Nobody buys accounting software in a box anymore. You subscribe to Xero, and it stays current, backed up and supported. WaaS applies the same logic to your website, which is arguably the one piece of software your customers actually see.

The practical difference is cash flow. Instead of finding $5,000 to $20,000 for a build, you pay a small setup fee and a fixed monthly price that covers everything.

What does WaaS stand for?

Website as a Service. You subscribe to a professionally built, fully managed website for a monthly fee instead of paying thousands upfront for a build that then sits unmaintained.

Is it the same as a pay monthly website?

Close, with one important difference. Most pay monthly website providers keep ownership of the build forever, so you rent your website for as long as you trade. With our plan, full ownership transfers to you at month 24.

Do I own my website?

Your content, brand assets, domain and data are yours from day one. Ownership of the website build itself transfers to you at month 24, with your account paid in full.

What happens if I cancel?

Before month 24, you can pay the remaining term balance and take ownership immediately, or end the subscription and keep your content, brand assets and domain while the build reverts to Wolf IQ. After month 24 the site is already yours, and you can cancel the ongoing plan with 30 days notice.

How much does it cost?

$1,000 setup, then $199 a month for 24 months. After that you own the website and the plan drops to $139 a month for hosting, maintenance and support.
