Our approach is different. Here are some answers to your most common questions.

Do you offer/manage email accounts as well?

In short, no. Email management can be quite specialised and it’s never a good idea to host your emails on your website server. We recommend either GSuite or Office 365 for email. We can certainly help you get started and for larger companies we can recommend some IT partners who excel in this area.

Where are your servers located?

Our servers are located in Google’s Cloud Data centres. We currently have access to more than 20 global servers. You can view the full network here.

My developer has disappeared and I'm struggling to login to my site, can you help?

Sure! In this instance it’s best to call us on 1300 072 134. We will determine what you do have access to and advise the best way to get you back into your site. We have learned a trick or two over the years!

What kind of access do you require to our site?

Initially all we require is an administrator level login to your WordPress website. This will enable us to login and migrate a copy of your website over to our servers. We may also need your domain name logins, it just depends on how things have been set up already. We will step you through the requirements and help out as much as humanly possible.

How do I submit a support request?

There are three ways to submit a support request. The most popular is via email at support@wolfiq.com.au, or you can use the live chat on our website, or feel free to call on 1300 072 134. We look forward to hearing from you!

Where are you guys located and can we meet in person?

Our head office is located on George Street, Sydney, next to the Apple Store. We also have a small team of developers in the Philippines. We can certainly meet in person if you are in Sydney! If you are elsewhere and would like a face-to-face catch up, just let us know and we will see what can be arranged.

How does the 30 day money back guarantee work?

Simple! If within the first 30 days after sign-up, you are not happy and want to cancel your account, just let us know. We will close your account and refund your first months payment. Please note, you will not receive a copy of your newly improved site, so please make sure you have a backup of your site prior to signing up.

How many resources do your plans come with?

All of our plans allow for up to 10,000 visits per month and up to 5GB of solid state storage. If you need more, no problems at all. Just let us know and we will create a custom plan for you.

Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel my plan?

Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan, as needed. We can help you to make the best choice if you need a little guidance. Feel free to call on 1300 072 134 or to email support@wolfiq.com.au.

What payment options do you offer?

You can securely checkout online, using your preferred credit card. We don’t store any credit card details and all payments are processed by Stripe.

Can you help with content updates on my website?

Absolutely! You simply email your requirements to support@wolfiq.com.au and our team will quote you on the updates and then get to work. If you need regular updates, we will recommend one of our website care plans to give you even better ‘bang for your buck’.

How do you work with Bandit?

Bandit and Wolf IQ commenced a working relationship due to mutual clients. It’s a perfect match, Bandit look after the brand and strategy pieces, and Wolf IQ look after the development and hosting/maintenance side. The two areas compliment each other and the two teams collaborate to make sure the vision comes to life and the website is in top shape, around the clock.

I'm happy with my current hosting, do we have to use yours?

No, not at all. Bandit is recommending that you do so, as they have experienced the benefits of working with us first hand. Our team doesn't work on any websites that aren't hosted with us as we can warrant our work or provide safety measures such as reliable back ups.
